A Hope of Faith – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in and use of services provided by A Hope of Faith, Inc. (“AHOF,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By applying for or receiving assistance, donating, volunteering, or otherwise participating in AHOF programs, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility of Services

Services are available to residents who meet AHOF program guidelines and eligibility requirements.

Applicants may be required to provide proof of residency, identification, income, and documentation related to the stated need.

Applicants may only apply for assistance in accordance with program limits (e.g., no more than twice per calendar year or once every 90 days, as applicable).
Application Process

All applicants must complete an application form truthfully and accurately.

Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in denial of assistance and/or disqualification from future programs.

AHOF reserves the right to verify all information provided, including contacting third parties such as landlords, utility providers, or employers.
Limitations of Liability

AHOF is not liable for unmet expectations, dissatisfaction with donated goods or services, or delays in assistance due to funding availability or program demand.

AHOF does not guarantee that all requests for assistance will be approved or funded.

Assistance is provided on a case-by-case basis and is contingent upon available resources.
Donations and Contributions

All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

AHOF reserves the right to allocate funds and resources where they are most needed, at its sole discretion.

Donated goods may be new or gently used and are provided “as-is,” without warranty of any kind.
Volunteer Participation

Volunteers agree to follow AHOF’s Volunteer Policy and Code of Conduct.

AHOF reserves the right to remove volunteers who engage in misconduct, harassment, or unsafe behavior.
Confidentiality

AHOF respects the confidentiality of all clients, donors, and volunteers.

Personal information will only be shared with authorized parties necessary for program administration or as required by law.
Termination of Services

AHOF may discontinue assistance to any individual or household for the following reasons:

Providing false or misleading information.

Failure to follow program guidelines or staff instructions.

Harassment or unsafe behavior toward staff, volunteers, or partners.

No longer meeting eligibility criteria.

Reinstatement of services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
